Fairy by Certified mail

I had a lot of fun creating this A.T.C. series, Fairies in the Woods, by using my hand inked papers, and lots of cute fairies and birds and houses. I used an aqua, magenta, orange and black color scheme in all of them. I think it worked really well together, as I don’t usually use orange and black at all!

We also had a good time seeing our friend, Amy, at her baby shower this weekend. Her mom had lots of cute decorations I just had to share.

This week we have had such gorgeous Spring weather that we’ve been playing outside everyday! I have also been playing inside with my new bundle of goodies from Art Chix Studios and making some fun art! I really love the German Dresden Turquoise wings. So bright and fun! In the in between time I’m reading Boundaries by Dr. Henry Cloud and Dr. John Townsend. It is a great eye opener for me and covers everything from adolescence, to raising kids, and marriage. Hope this gets you into Spring Fever!

I finished these Memory album pages last week and finally got a chance to Post the pics to the blog! I have played around with green and blue colors here using items from Scenic Route Sumner Collection Sumner Alder paper, the Periphery Basic Grey paper and Ribbons and Creative Memories Christian Inspiration paper and Power Palette Storybox journaling set paper. Both of the Creative Memories items are being Retired as well as all of the albums and perfect fit papers, CM is finally moving over to the exact 12×12" size!
