I had so much fun participating in the "Create Art Share Happiness" Postcard swap. For this challenge 3 different collage sheets were needed in fabulous Pink and Green! I pulled out my Watercolor paper and paints to create pale pink and teal green as the backgrounds. I then used the fabulous Claudine Hellmuth Studio Matte Medium as the glue for all of the lovely Art Chix images as well as some paper scraps from my collection. With my 6 postcard entries I will receive 2 collage image sheets and 6 postcards from different artists. Can’t wait to receive my swap items and share with you guys! Bye for now

I just got my pretty goodies in the mail from Paper Source for the Mother’s Day Card Contest on Facebook! My Friend Helga from My Artistic Life Blog recently had a call for Inchies! Inchies are an amazing way of making a 1 inch piece of art and for this challenge it was to make 20 Inchies representing your life. I added the Art Chix Studio Circle pics circles, Pretty paperdoll images, as well as the Dazzling Doorways to my 20 little pieces of art. And the end result is tiny squares filled with my life, like being a maiden, a lover, to a wife, a mom, a chixie, and so forth. For making these I used a 4"x5" sheet of watercolor paper, watercolors, and Claudine Hellmuth Studio Matte medium. Don’t be scared to try these out, just mix the paint in random patches and start layering in some of the images. I even cut images in half to use on 2 different Inchies. Have Fun!
