I just finished some French inspired Pink and Blue toile cards today for my Mum in Law! I used Rubber stamped images from Somerset Studio and Stampin’ Up on each card. I also adore the retired Country Living cards by Stampin’ Up, I used those for the 3 smaller cards. Thank you Carol and I hope you enjoy these!

It was my friend’s birthday on Tuesday so I got to make this sweet tag art card for her. I loved the Marie Antoinette image so much because of the big blue bonnet and it inspired me to do complimentary colors Blue and Orange! Yes Again! I know I am on some kind of crazy Orange color lately, but it really pops in so many ways. Especially paired with blue! I aged the tag with Colorbox pigment ink just swirled over the top with the ink pad. I used Close to My Heart ribbon and the Country Living card from Stampin’ Up. I stamped the Inkadinkado Dress stamp by Dawn Houser in black pigment ink on retired Rust colored paper from Creative Memories. The ladies and gentlemen image is from Somerset Studio magazine.

Here is my next submission for Helga’s online Twinchie Challenges that she has been hosting on Facebook and her blog. This time the theme is to choose between warm colors or cool colors. For my Twinchie I chose warm colors with Red, Pink and Brown. I had fun using up some stamped images and inked paper I had as well as using one of my new Brown German scrap wings for the girl.
