While searching the internet for infant halloween costumes I came across some super cute and sweet Halloween items for baby! From a Handmade kitty costume from Sara Rose Tutus and pumpkin booties by lilcubby, to spider hair clips at Warming the Heart it was all too adorable and I just had to share. One of The best ideas for an easy infant costume was to make a TY beanie baby out of your baby by hanging a TY red heart on the top of a headband or hat and dressing your little one in an animal themed outfit!

I’m in love with Alice in Wonderland and I’m also passionate about paper dolls so I decided to make some wonderland characters, Alice, the mouse, a teapot and the mad Hatter. These were submitted for an Alice themed magazine issue, they weren’t accepted, but I wanted to share anyways.

We took our family on a road trip to Austin Texas and of course we couldn’t miss seeing the capitol building! The sky is so blue and crystal clear in the photos it was just an amazing day! 100 degrees but really amazing!

We had a great time this August going to an Astros game as a family. Friday nights are really fun because the fireworks display around 9:30pm. We didn’t get home til 11:00pm though so it is an all evening event. We plan on taking our kids again because they loved it, but we will go later in the game so we aren’t sitting so long! Minute Maid park is great you can drop off anyone before the game on any of the corners of the building, once you hand them your ticket you can check out the Astros store, also they have a guest services for checking coats, baby strollers and diaper bags in during the game. The train is the best part there is actually a guy up there engineering the train and for every home run it takes off and backs up, the kids loved it and so did I.
